Food and Beverage
The Olims Hotel Canberra has a range of different
menu options to suit all needs. Special dietary requirements can
be catered for with prior arrangement.
A variety of beverage options are available, including
packages and consumption basis.

and beverage packages we can provide.
Wedding Cake
We can suggest and recommend a cake decorator if required, or you
may wish to organise this yourself.
Flowers
We can arrange your table flowers for you, including bud base arrangements
and small table centre bowl arrangements can be organised. Any ideas,
alternative or special arrangements can be organised through our
florist and charged accordingly, or alternatively you may wish to
use your own florist.
Colour Scheme
All table arrangements, seating plans and colour schemes are worked
out in conjunction with you. We provide table napkins to co-ordinate
with your chosen colour scheme.
Entertainment
You may wish to organise your own musical entertainment, either
live band, DJ, or pre-recorded music. The Carlton Room has its own
audio system that plays both CD’s and tapes.
We do not permit the throwing
of confetti and/or rice within the Hotel or its Grounds
